The ICO highlights privacy issues in using data to combat Covid-19

Contact tracing projects and location tracking could help us combat the pandemic. The ICO have produced a series of simple questions that those using these new technologies might ask themselves. In a blog issued on 17 April, Information Commissioner, Elizabeth Denham, writes that organisations need to be able to demonstrate how privacy is built-in to the processor technology.
