Subscription Terms

Registration for a subscription online or by email constitutes a firm booking and an undertaking to pay the full subscription fee.
Full payment of the subscription fee is required prior to receiving Reports.
A VAT invoice will be sent to everyone who registers for a subscription.
If printed copies of Reports are requested, a postage cost will be applied to the subscription fee for addresses outside the UK.
The minimum length of a subscription is 1 year.
No part of a Report may be copied, republished, broadcast or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior written permission of Privacy Laws & Business, other than for your own personal or non-commercial use.
If you are dissatisfied with the subscription in any way and wish to cancel, the unexpired portion of your subscription will be repaid.

Single User Licence

Subscription for a single user only. Contents of Reports should not be shared with others.
Not available to organisations with over 500 employees worldwide, who should subscribe to either a Multi-User or an Enterprise licence subscription.

Multi-User Licence

Subscription for up to 10 users within a single organisation. Contents of Reports should not be shared with others.
Users can be updated, changed or amended at any time by the organisation by informing Privacy Laws & Business of the updates, changes or amendments to be made.

Enterprise Licence

Subscription for an unlimited number of users within an organisation. Contents of Reports should not be shared with others outside of the organisation.
Users can be updated, changed or amended at any time by the organisation by informing Privacy Laws & Business of the updates, changes or amendments to be made.

Multi-User and Enterprise licences are intended to be used by a single organisation for its own use. Please contact info@privacylaws.com if you wish to use a Multi-User or Enterprise licence for one organisation on behalf of another organisation, or for an affiliate organisation.

Do I have to subscribe or can I buy a single Report?

Subscribing is the most cost effective way to get the Reports, and has additional benefits, but Single PDF issues of each Report are available:

Includes all PL&B run events (Conferences, Roundtables, Workshops, Webinars) except the International Conference held annually in July
To qualify for a free place at a PL&B event, you must register your place at least 10 days before the event. Any registration within 10 days of the event will be charged the applicable registration fee
Does not include events run by other organisations, for example: events where PL&B is a media partner, or events where PL&B has a session or is moderating/speaking
Single User Subscribers can claim 1 free place at a PL&B event
Multi-User Subscribers can claim up to 2 free places at a PL&B event
Enterprise Subscribers can claim up to 4 free places at a PL&B event
Any additional registrations over your free place allowance will be charged at the applicable rate
