Ofcom issues a £1 million fine under OSA

Ofcom has fined an adult content/porn operator £1m for failing to have robust age assurance checks in place across 18 websites. AVS Group Ltd was in addition fined £50,000 for failing to respond to information requests under the Online Safety Act (OSA).
