ICO may fine Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd over £6 million

The ICO has issued its provisional decision to impose a £6m fine on a software provider following the 2022 ransomware attack that disrupted NHS and social care services. The Advanced Computer Software Group Ltd provides IT and software services to organisations on a national scale, including the NHS and other healthcare providers.
