Mark Watts is a partner of Bristows LLP, where he advises companies on IT legal issues such as software development, system deployment, outsourcing and data protection. He served as Global Privacy Counsel at IBM for many years and currently advises multinational companies on international data protection compliance issues.
William Leichter has over 20 years of experience helping Global 1000 companies meet security an compliance challenges within their networks and in the cloud. Mr. Leichter leads CipherCloud's efforts to evangelize new models for cloud security, and translate them into product requirements and market positioning.
