Conference participants are eager to learn from real-world experience. Your insights can help them work more efficiently, more effectively and equip them with practical tools.
With time for questions and answers built into the programme and ample networking opportunities, you will also be able to learn how others are handling the latest privacy issues.
Session guidelines:
- Specify a clear aim for your session, indicating outcomes.
- Specify the type session - single speaker, panel, fireside chat, debate between 2 people, etc...
- Minimum number of speakers in a session: 2 (1 speaker and 1 chairperson)
- Maximum number of speakers in a session: 4 (including the chairperson). To ensure a variety of opinions, we encourage diverse panels from different sectors and countries (where appropriate).
- The normal session length is 40 minutes, including time for questions from the audience.
- Speakers need to present in-person and not online.
Fees for speakers:
- Speakers at this conference pay the registration fee applicable at the date of registration and according to the type of organisation.
Timeframe
- Deadline for session submissions: 27 November 2026
- In December, we will review all the session offers. In January, we will contact to you inform you if your offer has been accepted or not.
