Please note:
- St John's College only has a limited number of rooms available. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your accommodation with your conference ticket.

Yes, you can organise your own accommodation. There are a couple of hotels close to St John’s College, which is right in the centre of town:
Other hotels are available but further away. The streets in Cambridge are medieval and narrow and most are free of traffic. Therefore, if you stay at a hotel not in the immediate area of the college/centre, you will not be able to drive a rental car there; a taxi is also a slow method of transport; and so walking is the most efficient method of travel.
