Register for 2018 conference

PL&B's 31st Anniversary International Conference, 2 - 4 July 2018, St John's College, Cambridge, UK

If you have problems registering online please email with the registration details

Please note: Conference places are still available but we have sold out of accommodation and evening dinners at St John's College.

20% VAT will be added to the above prices.

There are a couple of hotels close by as an alternative to accommodation at St John's College. You would need to book a room directly yourself:

Other hotels are available but further away. The streets in Cambridge are medieval and narrow and most are free of traffic. Therefore, if you choose to stay at a hotel not in the immediate area of the college, you will not be able to drive a rental car there; a taxi is also a slow method of transport; and so walking is the most efficient method of travel.

Points to note:

  • CPD Points: Each day's attendance qualifies for 7 CPD points. Every Privacy Laws & Business event qualifies for accredited CPD hours for the purposes of the England and Wales Solicitors Regulation Authority’s requirements. Please quote AQJ/PLBU when applying for the points with the SRA.
  • You can amend your booking once the programme is published if you would like to change the days you will be attending.
  • A registration may be shared, for example a 3 day conference among three people or 2 days among two people.
  • You can upgrade your booking to include extra days or accommodation at any time. The prices charged to upgrade will be based on the rates at the time of the upgrade.
  • Car parking is available in the college playing fields car park, email with your car registration number. This is an insecure car park with no CCTV and cars are parked at their owner's risk.
  • We will be filming and taking photos at the conference and you may be included.

Registration Policy
  • Confirmation of registration is subject to receipt of full payment of your fees prior to the event.
  • Registration online or by email constitutes a firm booking and an undertaking to pay the full conference fee.
  • A VAT invoice will be sent to everyone who registers.
  • If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make substitutions at no additional charge but you must inform us in advance.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do this by May 31st 2018. Either an administration fee of 20% will be payable or you will receive a full credit towards another PL&B service. If full payment has already been made, the balance (less the administration fee) will be refunded.
