How companies negotiate Binding Corporate Rules schemes with the EU Data Protection Authorities

This meeting took an in-depth look at how companies are negotiating Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs) schemes with the EU Data Protection Authorities. The meeting was led by Lokke Moerel, an attorney with Netherlands law firm De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, Amsterdam. Lokke has successfully negotiated BCR schemes with the Netherlands Data Protection Commissioner for five multinational companies, including Shell, Heineken and Philips Electronics.
